Spradley pushes his team to provide an unparalleled level of access and original social content for sports fans around the world. Managing a team of 25 employees, Spradley drives his team to produce the best original, platform-specific content.

Prior to his role at Bleacher Report, Spradley held the position of director of content strategy and programming at the Huffington Post. He previously served as multicultural editor and associate blog editor for the Huffington Post's Black Voices and Latino Voices verticals. Spradley also helped to build and expand the blog singleblackmale.org, leading to features in Black Enterprise and Essence magazines and a spot on Ebony Magazine's Power 100 list for 2011.

Prior to his work at the Huffington Post, Spradley spent six years as an analyst working in various divisions of Citigroup's Global Corporate Investment Bank. A Brooklyn, NY resident, his writing has been featured in print publications like Newsday and for various sites across the web.
